Our Homeowner Association

Shadowood Homeowner Association annual membership dues are $150 per calendar year as of January 1st ownership (per household for property parcels within the subdivision) payable by March 31st of each year. A late fee of $30 will be assessed for payments made after June 30th each year as two reminders will already have been delivered to homes.
